This watercolor painting was commissioned by the Fordham University Alumni Association to present to a beloved, tenured professor there. The campus is particularly beautiful in the Fall with the colors of the stone and brick architecture are mirrored and complemented in the foliage.

Marguerite Chadwick-Juner is a native of City Island in the Bronx where she lived and worked until a recent move to North Carolina. She attended the High School of Art & Design in NYC and got her B.F.A. from Cooper Union, also in NYC. Her works are executed, for the most part, in either watercolors for their pure, luminescent coloror a unique multi-media technique utilizing acrylics, gel medium and artist's crayons for their rich, textural qualities. She has won competitive awards in both mediums and her works are in numerous private and corporate collections.
